Everyone in the automobile except the driver was taken to the hospital. Nuh Superintendent of Police Narendra Bijaraniya told NDTV exclusively that a First Information Report (FIR) had been filed at the Nagina police station and that an investigation was underway.

After afterwards, Mr. Bijaraniya was asked, “What is the condition of Vikas Malu, who was in the Rolls-Royce?” In response, the officer said that he is currently receiving medical care at Medanta hospital in Gurugram. When asked if Mr. Malu’s condition was stable, Mr. Bijaraniya stated that only doctors could give an official assessment.

The officer was also asked if Vikas Malu, a prominent industrialist with ties to the Kuber Group, was, in fact, the person before him. Mr. Bijaraniya confirmed this with a “yes.”

The SP reported that the Rolls-Royce driver has been invited to participate in the investigation, and that Mr. Malu’s passenger, who is currently receiving treatment at Medanta hospital, would be asked to do the same once he is released. After Mr. Malu’s hospital release, he will be given the opportunity to make a recorded statement.
